Having been gluten free on and off since my early twenties, I knew when I became ill shortly after the birth of my third child, that something was wrong. My “official” celiac diagnosis came with both relief and a feeling of loss, all at the same time. On the one hand, I was relieved to finally know for sure what I was dealing with and how to fix it and heal my body. But on the other hand, I was in silent mourning for the foods that I could no longer enjoy; that I had loved so dearly. After all, Italians are such food lovers! My familial background and that of my husband, had shaped me into the cook and baker that I am today.

I resolved to begin my journey to create small-batch, gluten free baked goods that I could proudly share with my community. And now, thanks to the power of the internet, I can bring them to you, too! Everything is made fresh-to-order using the finest, freshest ingredients and is prepared and baked in a gluten free baking environment. 

The following pages show a small sampling of the more popular treats that I bake regularly for my customers. However, I’m just an email away, so feel free to reach out to me with any questions or substitutions. Many of my baked goods can be made dairy free, as well. Other options would be nut free, paleo and refined sugar free.
